Don’t hesitate like I did! I started hormone therapy at Nourish and I couldn’t be happier. My energy level is fantastic, my sleep has improved, and no more hot flashes! Amy is great at explaining what to expect and is open to questions. Knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Self-care is so important and I wanted to try something new so I tried a facial. I wish I had started this sooner as well. Nourish provides such a relaxing environment and my skin has never felt fresher! Whether you want to snooze away or chat up a storm, Rachel is there for you!

Amy and Rachel are amazing! Amy is knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand way. I have been going to Nourish for over a year and have never had a bad experience! Rachel is talented with her services. My lashes look great after a lift and tint and after a facial my skin looks and feels amazing! It is obvious these ladies love what they do!

Absolutely LOVE Nourish Med Spa. Amy makes you feel like you've known each other for years. She takes time to listen, doesn't rush, and is extremely personable. Her staff is wonderful, always pleasant. As far as treatments, it took me years of researching and considering HRT before making the decision to give it a go and...the only reason I did was after the amazing consult I had at Nourish. They are giving me my life back!
