She is not only an incredibly skilled massage therapist but also so sensitive and caring, which makes the entire experience feel comfortable and relaxing. I’m excited to try some of her unique offerings like Himalayan salt stones, cupping, and barefoot bar massage—they sound amazing! My session left me feeling completely refreshed and cared for. I didn’t know I needed a massage until I had my session with Arianne at the Ankeny location of Nova MedSpa. She has excellent therapeutic skills and truly knows how to identify and work through problem areas with care and precision. She was professional, attentive, and made sure the pressure and techniques were exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with noticeable relief. Highly recommend Arianne for anyone looking for a high-quality therapeutic massage.

I’ve had 2 deep tissue massages now with Arianne! Both have been amazing! I am an avid weight lifter so I’m constantly soar and tight. Arianne listens to your needs and really focuses on those areas. She incorporates stretches and is able to provide the deep pressure that I’ve struggled to find with other massage therapists. Her wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry is an added benefit to her massage techniques!

Paige was absolutely amazing! Go get a facial from her! It was so relaxing yet she was so down to earth and easy to talk too. I asked her about a few other services and she was extremely knowledgeable about telling me! 10/10! The new polk city location is excellent!
