I really enjoyed my visit here. From the start, they confirmed my appointment, everything ran smoothly, and I felt like I got great value for the price. I’m currently considering the membership. It’s definitely an investment, and I’m the type who needs time to think before committing to something with that kind of price tag. That said, I absolutely see the value in it without question. I’m even hoping to bring my wife in for a consultation—she would’ve signed up on the spot, honestly. 😄 My esthetician, Peyton, was amazing. We had great conversation during my treatment, and she made the experience super comfortable and relaxed. The staff overall felt refreshingly real and down-to-earth. You could spot the “queen bee” easily by her attire—but I fully expected to walk in and see nothing but Kardashian wannabes, and that was not the vibe at all (in the best way). They also offered a variety of beverages and snacks, which was a really nice touch. I personally didn’t feel pressured into anything, though I can understand why some reviews mention that—especially if you’re more impulsive than I am. Brittany was also extremely pleasant and accommodating. The CSM role fits her perfectly, and she made the process feel easy and welcoming. My only recommendation: provide physical handouts or flyers for people who prefer to review everything on paper. I like to see all the details at once before making a decision, and that would’ve helped. Even if I don’t move forward with the membership, I’ll definitely be back—and I’d recommend Novuskin to family and friends without hesitation.

Her expertise in facial customization was impressive — she carefully walked me through the entire process, explaining each step and tailoring the treatment specifically to my needs. The way she showed interest on me and my skin exceeded my expectations! Brittany’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients really set her apart. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of.

Their Platinum membership gives us so many amazing options, and the Morpheus has been life-changing for my skin. But the heart of my experience here is Briana. She is truly a gift — so caring, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping me feel my best. She listens, guides, and makes every visit feel comforting and special. I’m deeply grateful for her and the entire Frisco team. This place has made such a positive difference in my life.”

GrandGlow Novuskin My very first beauty event and what a wonderful experience. First off Amanda was truly amazing she came up to me (I’m kind of shy) to introduce herself and talked with me about my concerns and what my ultimate goal was for my skin. Lexi helped answer my (clueless nonstop questions I’m sure) she was adorable, sweet and so kind. I had a fun time and look forward to my treatment plan to begin.

I had a wonderful experience with Novuskin in Frisco location. Brittany was very sweet, friendly, informative, and experienced Client Manager. She gave all the details that I was looking for. I was also there for my 2-in-1 slimming appointment. It was a great experience as well. They have some really good deals going in February month. I would recommend others to come and experience once for sure. The staff was also very sweet and friendly 😊
