I've been a customer with NuLevel Wellness for about two years. I reached out to them for assistance with weight management. They continuously provide me with a great product, fast service, and answer any questions in a timely fashion. There are A LOT of places that offer the same product that NuLevel Wellness offers, but they do not compare in price, product and customer service. I have friends and coworkers who have told me about their experience and it is not a positive one. I happily provide them with the place I have no intention of ever leaving. By the way, I live in California! If I did live in Arizona, I would be a full wellness client!

I have been using NuLevel for the 2+ years and receive multiple products and services from them. Originally, going to them for weight loss, I’ve dropped over 50lbs with about 10-20 more to go. They also provide me with testosterone and full blood test screening to ensure proper levels. They are responsive and reasonably priced.

W.O.W! My neighbor told me about Nu Level wellness a year ago and I thought… “that’s cool. I’ll just lose weight the old-fashioned way” which obviously at my age doesn’t really work that easy and doesn’t last that long. I’m 63 years old, I swim on a masters swim team at 5 AM and I’m Hungry all day. So I finally caved and called Nu Level. I love the one on one consultation explaining WHY it’s important to eat protein, drink a lot of water & exercise! I’ve had amazing results in just one month. I’ve lost over 10 pounds. The injections are a game changer. I’m eating and feeling better than ever and I don’t know who’s happier me or my husband!

Stopped in today per recommendation of my physical therapist because I’m in recovery for a knee injury. I had mentioned some peptides known for healing to my PT and he said he has lots of patients on it and recommended this place, so I came by. Initially upon walking in I was surprised because it’s mostly female and more spa type look but they have everything here (so if you need a weight loss or facial services, this is the place). I was greeted right away which was nice, the staff seems friendly :) I was checked in by Ashley who was very friendly and answered all my questions. The check in process was pretty quick and I was seen within 10 minutes which is great for a walk-in appointment. I spoke with Shane the physician’s assistant and after discussing treatment options and pricing, I decided to do it. Price point was relative to others I found online but this was quick so I didn’t have to wait for shipping and it included all items I needed versus having to piece it out at other places. I’ll definitely be back for further treatment. Ambiance and aesthetic are nice here. Service was great. And now we will see how the treatment holds up but from what I’ve heard, everybody seems love it :)

I have used this compound for about a year. It truly works. Initially I lost 40lbs. Plus it keeps my sugars level. Great product. The girls are always quick and efficient with my orders.
