This is my second low star review I’m writing about this company. I’ve been paying and working with them since 2020 and their policies or hidden fees are ridiculous. The ladies at the front when they check you in, have no sense of warm customer greetings and wanting to reschedule for a medical concern they give you a hard time about doing so and wants the money upfront before they schedule anything.
