From the front desk receptionist to Dr. Chin, I was truly amazed !!!!Everyone was so kind and welcoming.They took their time explaining every detail of the procedure, and I felt so comfortable that I decided to move forward with it right away. Ohana Medical Spa is the absolute best. Dr Chin is an expert at all that he does and no one is ever trying to “sell” you on anything - instead they are always there to support you with services that suit you and make you feel like the best version of yourself. Cheryl and the staff are so kind, patient, friendly, and informative. After finding Ohana Spa almost 2 years ago, I will never trust or go anywhere else.
I visited Ohana Medical Spa yesterday for a consultation and had a wonderful experience. Cheryl at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Chin was very patient and took the time to explain which treatments would be best for my skin, as well as daily skincare recommendations. I really appreciated his thoughtful approach — his philosophy toward skincare aligns very well with mine. I’m happy with the guidance I received and I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointment.
Went to Dr Chin for microbladed eyebrow removal. The dr explains everything about what will happen during, and after both the removal and healing process. He is very personable and very thorough. His office staff are very nice and try hard to accommodate you. Overall a really good experience and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Great place! Visited yesterday for my first treatment on a tattoo removal that I have been trying to get rid of somewhere else and am so happy I decided to come here! Dr. Chin was amazing and explained everything to me about the treatment. The results I seen instantly were so much better than the other place I was going to. Facility was very clean and welcoming and Cheryl is amazing, great personality and so helpful! Can’t wait to return!
