I have been going to this med spa for over a year now and have had nothing but great results. The customer service from the font desk and the doctors is amazing. Very friendly and comfortable vibes. Both Doctors are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about whatever my questions and or concerns are. I was doing weekly injections and lost a considerable amount of weight. Higy recommend!
I’ve been going to Chicago Old Town Med Spa for an awhile now and have always had a really positive experience. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Appointments run on time (and, they were incredibly understanding when I completely missed an appointment!), communication is clear and I always feel like I’m in very capable hands. Everything always feels professional but not stiff. It’s clear they care about their clients and want people to feel good about coming back. I’ve recommended them to friends before and would absolutely do so again.
