I couldn't be happier with my experience with Omni Life Med+ Wellness. The entire staff are friendly, attentive, professional, organized and make you feel so comfortable and always have a smile. It is impossible to meet Dr Lizardi and not see from the first moment that he truly cares, and is going to do everything possible to help you. I truly enjoy going to my appointments, and always give myself a few extra minutes to chat with the staff :) Dahlia is outstanding and I always come out feeling extremely positive! 10/5 stars!!!!

Found Omni Life when looking for places to do Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). I'm well educated on HBOT and was skeptical after seeing pictures of their chamber and wanted to see it for myself. I figured it may be a new state of the art chamber considering all the marketing material showed a TV in there as well as people using their phones and wearing everyday clothes, all of which are major fire hazards in chambers that can reach the intensity that I was told this one can reach. I spoke to two employees at the clinic about the specifics of the chamber, both of whom told me completely different metrics. Thankfully, there's a screen in the chamber that clearly tells you what levels you're at if you know how to read them. Both employees were so far off on what they told me that it felt like complete lies to make it sound like they have a special chamber, but I don't think that's the case and rather assume they're just misinformed and likely don't know much about HBOT in general. The only reason I purchased a session is because of these false claims so that is the reason for my poor rating. While in the chamber, I confirmed with the employee overseeing my session that by asking them to read me the metrics they see on the outside of it. This chamber will still aid in overall wellness to anyone willing to purchase enough sessions, but don't expect deeper therapeutic results. That being said, there are many other facilities in the area charging much less all while using more powerful chambers. The only reason for a two star rating and not one is because when I asked Dr. Lizardi about the specific metrics of the chamber, he told me exactly what I read them to be when I was inside the chamber. He did also say that most chambers can't get to the levels that their's can get to which is completely false, but nonetheless I'd advise anyone to only trust him if you're seriously considering trying the HBOT here. He seems quite competent overall if you can look past his hard selling of everything they offer.

My experience has been amazing! Doctor Lizardi was great and he truly made me understand the treatment that I was getting. He gave me a tour of all of the machines and made me familiar with all of the services that the spa provides. I would truly recommend this place if you want to get into wellness and live in the Tampa Bay Area!

From start to finish, my visit to Omni Life Med + Wellness was seamless and so pleasant. It’s rare to find a place around here that is enjoyable. I spoke with Maria, who did a wonderful job of setting expectations, and the team absolutely delivers on their service. Such a nice environment!

I scheduled an EBO2 treatment and could not be happier with my visit. Maria was incredibly kind and informative online and made me feel at ease. The team was knowledgeable and professional. Such a positive experience overall, could not recommend it enough
