Hi there. This review is for Summer who did my eyebrows yesterday. Not only am I a happy customer, it was a real pleasure to meet Summer. She's very kind, and immediately made me feel at ease. Im 56 and it took me a long time to find the courage to get my almost non existent brows to a more thicker and to enhance my features better. It did all that. Happy customer. I'll be back in a month for my touch up. Her prices cant be unmatched either! Oh, and a bonus neck message. Heaven. Thank you, Summer. Lets do some yoga together. 😁😁😁

I’m usually not the type to speak up or complain but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. As someone working in customer service, I understand how hard it is to please a customer and accommodate. I called and asked if they did foreign fills, I’ve had my eyebrows and lashes done at this location before a couple years ago with a different tech so I had high hopes. My original lash lady was out of town so this was my last resort, and I had prom that day. I have gotten lash extensions for a couple years now so I’m familiar with the work as well, but my experience that day was completely different. Summer did my lashes, and for the first few minutes it was fine, she was removing my old lashes. But once she was going to put the news ones on she literally pulled out packaging tape and placed it on my forehead and proceeded to put the lash trays on the tape. She also put tape on my eyebrows and put the glue there, I definitely was freaked out by this and wish I said something sooner but I was desperate to get them filled for prom. She then proceeded to rush the fans and placing them on, once she had finished there were lashes stuck in my hair and arm. I was really freaked out when I got home, I had lashes facing different directions and on my eyelid (not even my eyelash) and they were put on so closely to my lash line that it hurt so bad touching them and brushing them. Everytime I brushed them my eyelid felt like it was being yanked. The fans also had so much glue on them, they’ve been falling out in huge clumps. The tape also left a rash on my forehead I’ve honestly never experienced this before and was so disappointed. I paid 70 plus tip because I felt bad. Don’t get me wrong I bet Summer is great at other things, but as seeing in another review lashes might not be her thing. I feel like if she knew she couldn’t work on another techs work she should’ve spoke up, plus they were just put on so bad. As i’m writing this, my right eye lash line is so irritated and swelling. Please contact me, I at least want a refund.

I seen summer today for Nano Brows , I am shocked at the results ! They’re so perfect!!!! Literally she just like knew their everything I was hoping for. I felt no pain I actually fell asleep she is so gentle and fast . Can’t wait to see her again ! You can tell the before pictures!

Had a fantastic experience here with April who took great care of me during my CO2 CoolPeel appointment. She used numbing gel which helped a lot, was very thorough with the treatment and explained every step, provided plenty of helpful information on aftercare, and was very patient with me after the treatment when I needed some time to wait for the discomfort from the laser to ease. Can't wait to see the results from the treatment Highly recommended!
