Palmetto Aesthetic Medicine is amazing! The team is the sweetest and incredibly knowledgeable. They really listen and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I love that they’re honest and will never do too much—they focus on natural, beautiful results. I couldn’t be happier with my lip filler and will definitely be back!

I have been going to Dr Waddell for years. There are so many things I love about her, but I will share some things that are important to me. First, she always takes the time to answer any questions I have. She’s thorough and incessantly bright. She answers honestly and always educates me on the pros and cons of different procedures so that I can make an educated decision. She never hurries me along, and I feel my concerns or questions are important to her. Secondly, her staff (Crissy Particularly) seems to review my chart and always knows my regimen and items that I use that have worked for me. I leave messages, and they are always returned promptly. Thirdly, Dr Waddles office is so organized and clean. When I go into the treatment room, everything is laid out and ready to go, which makes her office run so incredibly efficiently. This office cares about their patients- which is sometimes hard to come by these days! Im so incredibly thankful for them!

I cannot recommend Dr. Billie Jean Waddell enough! I've been seeing her since I was in my 20s and no one believes that I'm in my early 40s, thanks to her advice and Tretinoin 🤗. Dr. Waddell never pushes anything or tries to sell you anything you don't need, and always explains what she's doing and how the procedures work so thoroughly. I always feel so confident when I see her - I know I'm going to get great results and great care. I did two rounds of Kybella with her and LOVE my results, and recently started Botox treatments. I literally wouldn't trust anyone else to stick needles in my face and neck! She's the absolute best.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Palmetto Aesthetics and Dr. Colby ! From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable ,valued and truly cared for. Dr Colby is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to listen, explain and makes sure every step of the process is tailored to your needs . His attention to detail and compassion set him apart. I left feeling confident! The office itself is beautiful ,relaxing and spotless. I would recommend Dr. Colby to anyone looking for amazing results.

I’ve been seeing Dr Waddell for skin care for 10 years now. She listens to your concerns and does what you like. I highly recommend her! Front desk employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable!
