We traveled 2 hours for treatment at Palmetto Aesthetics and absolutely worth the drive! The office is beautiful, and the staff and doctor are amazing. Everyone there is professional, informative, and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable and well worth it. Will definitely be back and spread the word about this fantastic office!

The staff at palmetto medicine was amazing for all my treatments. I went to Miami to have a procedure done and it was awful.I would not go anywhere else besides palmetto for all of my aesthetics needs. The doctor is the best hands down. The staff is very welcoming as well as professional. This has been the best experience ever. I truly recommend the services. If you want professionalism and a knowledgeable Doctor and staff this is your place to go.

I had the best experience with Palmetto Medicine and Aesthetics! I got the Lipo 360 with fat transfer to my breasts and I couldn’t be happier with my new look! I had stubborn fat in my stomach and sides that I was so stressed about. The doctor made my stomach SNATCHED! 👏 Every person in the practice makes me feel comfortable and excited to come back for treatments. The doctor gives you great and honest feedback and directions that ensures you have realistic expectations for healing. My mind has been blown with how good my body looks through my healing journey! The nursing staff cares so much too! I had an issue with one of the medicines for pain after my treatment cause I’m just really sensitive to meds. I let them know my issue and they immediately got me something different that my stomach could handle. I looked at so many places for a good 6months+ and I’m so happy I chose Palmetto Medicine and Aesthetics for my Liposuction Procedure! Even if I have to travel about two hours, I won’t go anywhere else for my procedures!

Everyone is so friendly. Office is modern, comfortable, and clean. All staff members truly care that you get good results. The doctor takes time to answer questions. Nothing I have had done has been painful but they do offer pain relief if needed. For a first time cosmetic procedure customer, this is a great place to go. I have moved towns a few times and have had fillers and Botox from multiple providers. I bruise much less here for some reason. They offer discounts through loyalty memberships too. I have some more complicated issues with an immune disorder and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate my needs
