I’ve had multiple hydra facials from Brittany. She is the sweetest. My face looks so shiny and glowy when I’m done that my daughter swears she can see her own reflection off my face. Brittany does an amazing job on my eyebrows I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Love this girl!

The Best Esthetician in the PNW! Absolutely worth the drive from Portland—Shaylene is hands down the best esthetician I’ve ever been to. She’s incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and truly takes pride in the quality of care she provides. Her services are not only top-notch but also fairly priced. Very disappointed :( - was really excited and happy to start getting monthly appointments and work on My Skincare, had a first appointment with Brittany she was awesome and scheduled a follow up 30 days out with Shaylene who she referred me to. Was out of town taking care of Sick Family and needed to reschedule my second appointment, I Left a message and waited for a Call Back. Shaylene calls and everything seemed normal just asking when I’d be back and what time works for me, then she asks if I have another card? I thought well yes but didn’t know why she was asking… come to find out even before she called me back she had SPAM charged my Card $100 just for Rescheduling! Luckily it didn’t go through, I was driving and was unable to give her another card even though it’s completely ridiculous, asked her to call back. She then hangs up cancels my Rescheduled appointment and haven’t heard from her. Big mistake on the Business side for her, I was going to be a regular and would’ve gave thousands in Business, avoid Her at all cost. Horrible customer service and business practices.

I had the privilege of being sent to Shaylene when she was an understudy. She did a good job as a newbie, while she was learning from a highly skilled esthetician. Fast forward a couple years, I began seeing her after she gave great advice to a family member, even though Shaylene didn’t benefit from it. I’ve been seeing her with some regularity this past year, and I’m so grateful! Due to Shaylene’s highly skilled work and her home care recommendations, my skin is so much clearer. So grateful!

Obsessed with my skin! Shaylene is the absolute best, not only a skin magician but also so much fun to chat with during services. She truly has a passion for this! I started getting facials by another salon in town and it caused severe breakouts when I expressed my concerns, I was told that it was purging. After multiple months and hundreds of dollars, it was clear I was having some sort of a reaction and it wasn’t being corrected. My first appointment with Shaylene she laid out a plan for me not only with her services but also with an at home skin care routine and after 30 days, I noticed dramatic differences. I’ve now had three appointments with her and can say my skin is completely transformed. I’m excited to keep seeing her and these results. ❤️
