I cannot say enough amazing things about Pocatello Med Spa!!!! Wendy does my eyelashes, Botox, and facials, and over time she’s truly become such a good friend. She encourages me to bring my daughter to my eyelash appointments, knowing she’d keep an eye on her while my eyes are closed. Her Botox is the best I’ve ever had — it actually lasts, unlike other places in town — and her facials are saving my skin. I’m in my mid‑30s with adult acne, and after trying everything over the years, this is the first time I feel like my skin is finally improving. Nicolette does my lip filler, and she not only completely saved my lips but also works around my hectic schedule. The last injector I went to injected too deep, which hurt so bad and caused the filler to migrate to the inside of my lips, leaving large bumps that would show when I’d smile. Nicolette patiently dissolved them multiple times and then refilled them, and now for the first time in 10 years of getting lip injections, I’m genuinely happy with how they look. She even stayed late after one of my appointments to give me personal advice, sitting down like she had nowhere else to be and giving me her full attention. That kind of care is rare. Both Wendy and Nicolette go above and beyond. They’re more than accommodating, they're skilled, they listen, and they make every visit supportive and professional. Her communication is top notch, she listens to exactly what you’re wanting, and she always makes sure you feel comfortable and informed. I booked randomly because I was needing some me time and self care. I booked a Luxury Head Spa. It was absolutely wonderful. Ambre was absolutely fantastic! Along with the scalp treatment and hair spa, I was given a facial along with a hand and foot massage. The entire treatment was phenomenal! Ambre stated that she is still learning how to maximize her process of the head spa, I say she is doing absolutely amazing and I can not wait to go back to her! I was happy to pay the price for the treatment, it definitely felt like it was priced right, plus a tip. This was my first experience there and I can not wait to go back!
