The most well educated and kind provider. She fixed a really big disaster of filler I had done somewhere else and she did a numbing block and made it as comfortable for me as she could. She has slowly gotten me looking younger and more natural looking over time and without the look of fillers and Botox. My most recent was a laser resurfacing and I can already see a difference and plan on getting the last 2. This came with the amazing Zo serum I needed to treat with after. Carrie is just so amazing I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. And her staff and aesthetic nurse are also amazing. And her place is so beautiful and relaxing. It takes your mind off of any outside noise you may have.

I’m delighted to have Price Health and Spa in downtown Heber Springs, AR. It is definitely an asset to our community! I was recently gifted a birthday gift certificate and chose to use it for a facial (can’t remember the exact one) with Kacilyn and a lymphatic massage with Jasmine. Both excellent choices. The facial was relaxing and surprising. Each step of the facial offered a pleasant surprise that was both relaxing and indulgent. Kacilyn did an amazing job and I left feeling refreshed and beautiful. Jasmine is an amazing massage therapist and offered something I had never experienced before. I chose the lymphatic massage with a dry brush add on. The combined benefits of the lymphatic massage and a first experience in the infrared sauna were beyond what I expected. If you are looking to reap all the health benefits, pair those two together. The next two nights of sleep proved to be the best sleep scores I’ve had in years not to mention the full size decrease in pure water retention. I decided to purchase the infrared sauna membership to cash in on the health benefits I’ve been reading about and have as my 2026 goals!

My appointments with Kacilyn are always amazing. Not only do I feel relaxed and renewed after a facial, but she has the best personality and is just the sweetest soul. She is genuinely interested in how you are and what she can do to help you. I highly recommend you book an appointment as quickly as possible.

Carrie Price and her nurse Nikki are wonderful! Their professionalism is outstanding! I have been seeing Carrrie as my pcp for many years now and will follow her wherever her dreams may take her. She's not just a doctor, she's a friend she is personal with her patients and thats what makes a difference! Nikki is awesome too! She cares for her patients as well! What a power team! P

I tried Price Health and Spa for the first time last November, and I received a facial from Kacilyn. She was so warm and inviting, and I felt very at ease. I’ve been to see her twice now, and both times my experience has been great. She was very open to my needs and very gentle. Also my skin looked and felt great afterwards. I plan to keep going back!
