Dr. Milas is amazing and I highly recommend. I wanted to find an expert more local instead of having to drive to Columbia for Botox. She does a variety of services, but for now I’m just doing Botox. She explains everything with care and keeps what you want in the forefront. She takes before and after pictures to show progress, I’ve seen her twice, and I’m so pleased with my results. I’m in and out, but I don’t feel rushed. She cares for her patients and wants them to feel beautiful! She is affordable and aligns your needs to what you can afford. I once was paying an astronomical amount for Botox because I didn’t know any better. She was honest with me and upfront when helping me decide my path with Botox injections… making certain I am not overdoing it because there was no need. It is now a service that I can comfortably afford. I also appreciate that she does two week follow up appointments after injections to see if you are happy with results and you can make changes as needed. Radiant Med is my new favorite spot for my beauty needs! If you’re looking for a new spot for facial care… you must come check her out! You will not be disappointed!

I previously received laser hair removal at a downtown Columbia office. I was needing touch-ups but dreading going back due to the pain. A totally different experience with Dr. Milas. No pain!! Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Milas to have a drained removed from plastic surgery. She is so sweet and very in tuned to how you feel. She was gentle and easy and I felt no pain. I had a few more questions that she answered without hesitation. Overall, she has a sweet disposition and would definitely see her again.

Dr. Milas is wonderful at what she does. She has an eye and talent for perfection! I have been in the process of the laser hair removal and it is LITERALLY painless and the results have been wonderful! I highly recommend you visiting her and seeing how she can help you!
