I scheduled an appointment for a massage online and received confirmation texts and emails reminding me of appointment. I even got a text saying that if I missed the appointment without cancelling then my card would be charged. I showed up on time and the clinic was closed; keep in mind that I live 45 minutes away. I waited a few minutes then called and left a voicemail. I was called back by Dr. Otaigbe who was very kind and apologized and said that their clinic was closed that day but they forgot to update the website. She stated that during normal business hours they would call me to reschedule and that I would be compensated for my trouble. I was called back the next week for rescheduling, however, was told they were short staffed and could not accommodate the days I was off of work. They asked for patience and said they would call me back. I never received a call back. This is unfortunate as I have used this spa in the past and was very happy with it. However, until they are better staffed, I can’t recommend it. **** UPDATE*** After leaving my initial review, Dr. Otaigbe contacted me and apologized very kindly for the inconvenience and offered to compensate me with a facial as they could not offer massage services at this time. I did go and I have to say that my experience was wonderful and the staff really went above and beyond… they also gave me a skin care kit as well and the nicest card apologizing again for any inconvenience that I experienced :). Would definitely use their services again!

I received a prenatal massage from Felicia, and she worked out all of my tension expertly. I started out nervous as this was my first ever experience getting a massage, but Felicia made me feel extremely welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. I highly recommend her services; you will feel like a cloud. The atmosphere of the business is relaxing, it’s incredibly clean, and everyone is extremely professional. I will absolutely be back. If you’re even just thinking about going, just do it. You won’t regret it. My husband bought me gift cards for Christmas to make sure I would go because I’ve been talking about it forever, and I honestly regret not going sooner.

I received a massage as a Mother’s Day gift and it has led to me becoming a regular customer. I didn’t know how much I needed the services provided here as a regular part of my life. Felicia Davis is exceptional and I highly recommend her and Radiant Reflections! I loved my experience and can’t wait to go back.

I had the best experience at this spa. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and warm. I was spending a whole day at the spa receiving several services and everything was delightful and professional.... from my massage with Blue (the best!) to my facial, manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax, I was treated and made to feel like a queen. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the spa, as well as the all natural methods they use in their treatments. I would highly recommend to anyone who would listen. If you need to relax and feel pampered, go to Radiant Reflections!
