Janelle was great! She immediately made me feel comfortable regarding my concerns. I had some insecurities but, she was sweet and professional, an amazing skill! She spent a lot of time with me, answerd all of my questions, did a thorough assessment, offered different options for issue and discussed payment. You can tell she loves her job and wants her work to be a reflection of herself. She is pretty funny and I enjoyed laughing with her🙂
