As a new patient, I did not feel welcomed by the two receptionists at the front desk. When I arrived, the patient ahead of me was still waiting and kindly mentioned that I could go ahead and sign in on the clipboard since she had already done so. As someone who works as a receptionist myself, I found this experience somewhat disappointing. Since reception staff are the face of the clinic and create the very first impression for patients, that initial interaction is especially important. That said, I would like to sincerely acknowledge Jasmine and Amber, who were both warm, welcoming, and reassuring regarding my care. Their professionalism and kindness made a positive difference in my visit.
This is my 2nd go around 1st month and I'm down 12lbs people!!! I originally started when they opened and lost close to 60lbs. Reflect Wellness has been amazing, a game changer. Thank Dr. Brandon (also a great PC) and Reflect Wellness team. 🩷 I can't wait to try out the other amazing services.
