Tried the Ballancer Pro w/ Consult. Not right that front reception is the one to manage this appt in addition to the front desk. Shana tried her best (I guess) not much of a consult just listed the options on the machine then zipped me in but the pants part was just at my hips (should it have been higher?? At the end hips hurt). Told me to holler if I need her and so I then asked her for her name since she didn’t introduce herself. She gave me 2 pillows to prop my head and be more comfortable although the bed could be adjusted failed to mention that (I discovered that afterwards by wondering what the hanging remote was and pushing a button out of curiosity). She did pop in and let me know I had 18 minutes left by looking at the machine. but she had to attend to other customers. Machine stopped I waited a couple of minutes, I unzipped, and turned off the machine (very easy to manage yourself as it is a simple screen). I did bring up to Shana at checkout that I wish I was told about the bed being adjustable she said “oh yeah, I'm sorry it was uncomfortable.” $125 for 40 minutes with this experience (not to mention sore hips) not interested in coming back. I will cancel my other appointment I made for a different service when I scheduled this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love seeing Cheryl for my Botox! She is incredibly professional and always does an amazing job. She takes the time to explain everything, makes sure I’m comfortable, and I always feel completely safe in her care. Cheryl also keeps me updated on upcoming specials, which I really appreciate. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Had a wonderful facial by Tammi. Booked a facial for myself & my niece who is pregnant we both felt completely relaxed. Will definitely book another massage when I visit Boise again!

I got a hot stone massage with my husband and the staff were great in applying steady medium pressure throughout our session. Very attentive staff. Body scrubs for sale are great quality and smell very nice.

The team is very nice, but the polish is not well or neatly applied. My nails were filed in inconsistent shapes. Both gel manicures chipped within the week. Gel manicures I have received elsewhere usually last 3 weeks without chipping. They will move the UV light and put it in your face which is uncomfortable for the eyes. Would not recommend.
