Kara and Jordan are the best!!! I’m so glad I found them. Kara is absolutely amazing. She’s very experienced and offers true and exact information. She really knows what she is doing and explains everything. The both of them are like good friends to me. I will continue to see them as experts in their field especially Kara. I feel so much better about myself thanks to them. I had fillers done today. What a big difference! I’m also in the process of Morpheus sessions. I highly recommend Rejuva Medical Spa. Again Kara is awesome and they are great people. Thank you so much!

My favorite medical spa in coastal Virginia! Kara is so knowledgeable and caring with her treatments. I always feel very valued and safe in her care. Jordan has done a great job keeping me on schedule and documenting my progress. Both ladies are very honest and not pushy at all. This is a GREAT place to come if you want to learn about how to best work with the beauty that you have want to preserve - never feeling fake, over pressured or over priced. Received a microneedling procedure here and was not satisfied with the results or professionalism. I suffered severe hyperpigmentation, inflammation, and burning after the procedure. I asked for a refund because those results were unexpected, especially the inflammation and burning. The nurse performing the procedure did not properly notify me during the consultation that I shouldve been doing a particular pretreatment prior to the procedure. It was not stated anywhere in the forms I filled out and I disclosed my concern during the consultation. It would’ve been more professional of her to be more diligent and looked at my records prior to giving the treatment. The procedure left drag marks and cuts on my face, in addition to the hyperpigmentation. While the hyperpigmentation risk was in the paperwork, everything else was not. The dermatologist I visited and other estheticians said that the procedure was likely done incorrectly, in addition to the failure of a proper consultation. The nurse, Stumm, denied that the depth was too deep or improper technique was used. Either way, the results I received were unsatisfactory regardless if the procedure was done properly or not. I also did not appreciate the multiple attempts to get me to buy a product or get another treatment done. It’s evident that profits are placed over patients here, in my opinion. Lastly, I had concerns about the lack of proper information on the type of exfoliant to use when I came for a follow up. After I denied purchasing a product, she could not tell me what type of exfoliant was appropriate for my situation. Some AHA/BHA are stronger and may have caused more damage to the skin. As a cosmetic nurse, I would have expected her to be knowledgeable on the best chemical to use on sensitive and healing skin. My face still burns whenever I apply an exfoliant as she recommended, so I have had to stop using it. I expected the owner to be a physician, as the nurse is required to practice under a medical director. However, the owner was the office manager of the husband who runs the family medicine practice. She had no medical license that I could find online. I find it odd that she was the ultimatum to determine if the treatment was done properly and not a physician, who is actually responsible for medical evaluations and determinations. She was very rude and unprofessional. I have seen many reviews online corroborating my experience with her. She tried to argue with me about what the paperwork said and only focused on one side effect (which was the only one listed in the paperwork), and not the others. I am a very educated woman with a background in biomedical science, biochemistry, and physiology. I also work in healthcare. I know what is medically normal and what is not. I did not appreciate the attempts to make me seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about by Graisse (office manager) or Stumm. The manager reluctantly gave me half of my money back, after I had to correct her on the amount she claimed was half. I also didn’t appreciate the sly diss at the board certified dermatologist I am seeing to correct this issue, calling her an ER doctor after I stated many times that she is a dermatologist and saying they never heard of her before. I can’t recommend this practice to anyone. I am unhappy with my results and the way this situation was resolved. While Stumm was polite and semi-professional for the most part, the office manager Graisse was not. Jordan, the receptionist is very professional and kind though. I appreciate her willingness to work with me. I can’t discredit the entire integrity of Stumm’s work, as this was my only procedure done by her, so it would be unfair to call her work malpractice. But I am skeptical. Based on my experience, the lack of patient/client education, and the rude office manager, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. I will not be returning here for any services.

Loved my results. I went through 3 visits of Morpheus 8 to reduce my double chin and love it. I went this route because there is ZERO down time! The whole visit takes about an hour and Kara makes you feel so at home.

I’ve visited other places in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, but when I came here, I was pleasantly surprised. Jordan greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. Kara performed my Forma treatment, and she was fantastic! I ended up purchasing a session package to save money in the long run, love that they offer that option. The treatment felt amazing, and I noticed a real difference, my skin looked tighter and had fewer wrinkles. I absolutely love it here and will definitely be back for more!
