Nail techs are great but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Be careful if you choose to get gel polish done here. They will refuse to remove it afterward unless you book an additional nail service thats $50-$70+. When escalated to the manager, they read from the same script. Rather than schedule a 15 minute service, they would rather lose a customer. Suit yourself.

Though this is a beautiful facility that's light, airy and pleasant to work out in, we just left for another gym. The parking just got too hard. Huge amounts of the indoor parking were taken away, and I swear that people who park in the DAHLC spots in the ramp are indeed members but stay there to park all day long. There's never an open spot there ever anymore. The outdoor overflow lot is not great. No coverage for your vehicle, and more and more we had to sit there in our car waiting 10-15 minutes till someone returned and left their parking spot. Then we would walk quite as ways to get to the gym. We can walk just fine, but all this plus now the downtown construction mess, too, takes too much time for a lunchtime workout. Just no longer doable. So happy to just park right in front of our gym now and to never have to worry about finding a parking spot. I also don't miss all the construction and inconvenience with closing off areas and moving equipment around that has been so present at the DAHLC lately.

I have been to rejuvenate a hand full of times and the experience is amazing. I recently went in for my first facial (usually do massages) and after a quick talk with the lady who was doing my facial she redirected me in a different direction that would benefit my skin type and I was so happy that I went with her suggestion! I did a hydra facial and she helped with so many of the issues I wanted to correct and more!

Amazing facility. It's great to see how Mayo Clinic is aware of the importance of preventive health.
