My mom bought me a gift card for Rejuvination the Christmas after my fiance and I got engaged in 2023, I eagerly saved it until this year so I could use it for services prior to the wedding. When I attempted to utilize the gift card I called initially because the link was no longer working and I wanted to make sure it would still be honored, as I had a screenshot of it with the bar code and order number and amount. The woman on the phone told me that they had “merged” companies and were now Revitalize and they would no longer honor the gift card. When I asked if they would refund it she also declined, making a terrible analogy and stating that it just “goes away”. They never contacted either of us to inform anyone that gift cards would no longer be honored after the “merged”. If there was an expiration date or if I had erred I would not be upset at the business. But it doesn’t seem like the business really changed, just seems like they changed names. I emailed them afterward to try and figure out a different solution and never got a response back at all. I’m very disheartened that my mom, who lives in a different state, tried to do something nice and support a local business and they just cashed in on it and refuse to honor a gift card that they could certainly do something about. Disappointed in the way they handled this entire situation. Poor customer service

It was great to see a childhood friend so I was instantly relaxed. Traci is very professional only recommended what I needed at that time. Suggestions were made ones that I am very excited about. She does outstanding work. I can't wait for my next appointment.

Love this place! This was my first time getting an IV drip. The office was very clean, cozy and pretty. The customer service is amazing here. They were so accommodating and they made the process to fast and easy. They were able to fit us in last minute :) Everything was just so smooth and painless. . As I was receiving the treatment I could feel a change in my body. As the week progressed it got better and better and I was back to doing the things I hadn't had the strength to do. I absolutely love this treatment and will continue to have it done. I can't wait to come back. Jacquie
