I recently had a great experience with Heidi. This is definitely one of my favorite medspas. I went to her because I had concerns about my top lip appearing larger than my bottom lip, likely because my filler had dissolved at different rates over time. She took her time, never recommended anything I didn’t need, and kept everything very conservative when adding filler. She also has such a gentle touch — I didn’t bruise at all. Most times I leave appointments looking very swollen and then wake up looking even more swollen the next day, and that was not the case here. She is incredibly skilled and has over 20 years of experience as a nurse. I highly recommend her and will absolutely be back. She made me feel very calm throughout the appointment, and my lips look amazing — very natural.

I always feel like I am in the most qualified hands with Registered Nurse Christine. After significant weight loss, I found myself dissatisfied with my slight droop in facial structure. She has been a huge factor in restoring my confidence. She is not only an incredibly skilled provider but also a delightful person to be around. Grateful to have found my injector and I will follow her anywhere.

This place is a professional scamer!!! If you want to waste your hard working money, go ahead... for me, 1000% never come back!!! I spent $600 with nothing. No result turns in and more damage to my skin. They wanted me to come back so they could take a look. They realized that no result and no different before and after treatment, but they don't give me my money back and also tried to make me buy more treatments. Waste a lot of my time and my money. Moreover, They tried me crazy. Never come back!!! I was so disappointed this Med Spa. They are not professional in team work and the result turns out after the treatment is nothing. Waste a lot of my time and my money. I want to get my IPL done so I pick this Med Spa which is so closed to my house. But was consulated to do BBL so I paid for my face and hands BBL treatment with around $600 for one time treatment. However, the day I was there for my BBL treatment, the nurse took 30 minutes to run around and did not know what she was doing for me. After a half of an hour, she told me that I need to get laser and will pay more for the laser. So I don't know what to do, finally I just get the BBL done. It took her 5 minutes only to do my face and hands done for the treatment. After a month, no result came out, nothing changes on my face and hands. No peeling at all. I did try to call them many times and also talked with the manager but they said I have to buy the package because one time does not work. If they tell me one time treatment does not work, I will not choose and trust them to do my face and hands. Just waste a lot of my time and really upset about the way they treat for me.

I can't rate on services which I'm sure are great but I called to get a price on a service and a receptionist answers and insists you do a consult prior to booking anything which is very inconvenient. I'm also not a fan of places that try to convince you to buy a package of 3 when you just want a single service and then also try to sell you other treatments you didn't call about. All around this dissuaded me from going here.
