I can’t say enough good things about Krista at Revive. I’ve been getting lip filler for about 7 years and had never dissolved before, but after seeing her for the first time, she was honest and knowledgeable enough to recommend dissolving and starting fresh due to migration and filler buildup. I trusted the process, went through with dissolving, and then came back to get them re-filled, and I am SO glad I listened to her advice. My lips look better than ever. Krista made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and you can truly tell how experienced and skilled she is. My cousin also goes to a different injector at Revive and her lips always look amazing and so natural as well. Highly recommend Revive to anyone looking for results you can trust!

Patients considering treatment with Krista should be aware of my experience before booking any injectable services. I initially came in for lip filler and was instructed to dissolve my previous filler due to migration. After dissolving, I returned two weeks later as directed to refill. At that appointment, I noticed visible bumps from prior injections and an uneven lip border. I expressed my concern to Krista and stated that I would be comfortable dissolving again, as I felt refilling at that point could lead to asymmetry. The owner was asked to evaluate my lips, and together we decided to proceed with refilling under the assumption that everything would heal symmetrically. Although I was not fully confident in this decision, I trusted the professionals and allowed treatment to continue. We also decided to add volume to my chin for facial balancing. The consultation and evaluation took some time because I was unsure whether the results would suit my face. During the refilling process, Krista appeared rushed due to another patient scheduled at 1:00 PM. I asked to see my lips in the mirror during the procedure, as I always do. I have been receiving filler for over eight years and have never once been denied the opportunity to see my face or provide input during treatment. I understand my anatomy, how I swell, and how filler typically settles for me. Despite my request, I was denied a visual of my lips during injection. At one point, Krista stated, “Don’t be mad at me,” which was confusing and unprofessional…especially while my mouth was closed and being injected how could you know I’m mad? (I was VERY upset) Immediately after the procedure, I was dizzy and nauseous (which I’ve never felt before) and unhappy with the results, my chin was ok though. The preexisting bumps were still prominent, and there was a noticeable section of my lip that appeared to be missing filler entirely. While I understand that providers may have a preferred aesthetic, that does not override a patient’s preferences or concerns. I allowed my lips to fully settle before addressing the issue again. However, due to improper dissolving and refilling, my lips never returned to a state I felt comfortable or confident with. I am extremely disappointed and upset by this experience and do not recommend Krista.

Revive Medical is the best! From the adorable yellow doors to the thoughtful decor, the whole vibe is so cute and welcoming! The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful—so warm and inviting. Dianne is the sweetest! I saw Danielle, and she is truly the BEST! She’s so thorough and makes you feel beautiful inside and out! Look no further than Revive—you’ll have the best experience! 💛

First time at revive and Julia was incredible! She took the time to sit with me and go over a skincare plan that is best for me. She explained everything to me as we went, and I felt so comfortable. I trust her advise and won’t let anyone else care for my face! Thank you- ❤️

This was my first time visiting Revive Medical in Philadelphia, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was a little nervous walking in, but the staff made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was professional, kind, and took the time to explain each step of my treatment. I came in for a consultation, a facial, and some Botox, and the results are amazing—natural, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. I love that they focus on honesty and only recommend what you truly need. The office itself feels warm and inviting, more like a home than a clinic. I left feeling confident and excited to come back. If you’re new to fillers, Botox, facials, skincare, or even thinking about laser hair removal, Revive Medical is the best place to start.
