We booked a couple's deep tissue with a hot stones add-on for Valentine's, an understandably busy day, and it was absolutely not worth the money. My partner asked multiple times for the masseuse to press harder, or give any more attention to multiple spots over and over. Afterwards, he explained that she did not get the back of his legs, or feet, whatsoever and spent maybe a total of 60 seconds on the front of his legs. He described the massage as feeling as if she seemed afraid to hurt him by giving any pressure at all- coming out of a deep tissue as your first massage having zero feeling of relief or even soreness is not normal or indicative of quality. By the end of the massage, they both left the room, and we continued waiting on the massage table, thinking it was some kind of intermission as we hadn't gotten the hot stones. They explained after 5 or so minutes that we can come out when we are dressed, and we had to ask them to re enter the room to explain that we also had hot stones. Instead of returning to continue the massage, they apologized and said they would partially remove the charge. We were not wiped down of the oil, or provided a towel to do so before getting dressed again- and my masseuse was using oil halfway up my head, leaving my hair completely oily. Though my massage was thorough, my partners was not at all, nor was it in tandem with mine, as advertised, on top of their neglecting to schedule within a time slot that would allow us to receive the treatment we paid for. After his describing, I had to return to the spa and remove the automatic gratuity I had previously applied. Not worth the time, and massages are not cheap- it was definitely not worth such a cost.

Sara was absolutely amazing! She did my treatment today and made the entire experience so comfortable and professional. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and the results. Highly recommend Sara — she’s fantastic!

Everyone at the front desks and my aesthetician, April are very welcoming, attentive, and informative. When you go back to the treatment rooms, April insures you are confident and well at ease with any procedure you choose. I actually look forward to more intense results oriented treatments because I know how good she is at what a does, and she’s always so nice. I would follow her if she ever went any place else!

Ashlyn has been great! She does a fantastic job of explaining the process and is very knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable and is very personable. Can’t wait for the next appointment!

Kylie was amazing! Her massage was firm but relaxing. I especially loved all the warm towels. I left feeling calm and ready for my day!
