I have entrusted Lili at Rinnova with my skin for over 7 years now, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. I first came to her at 16, when my acne was at its worst. Her treatmekeeping my long-term skin health and goals at the center of every recommendation. I still use the products she suggested back then and I continue to see her whenever I’m in town. What makes her stand out is the rare balance she strikes between professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. I can walk into the clinic with complete confidence and trust whatever plan of action she suggests. I cannot recommend Lili enough!

Wonderful experience every time I go (which is for several years now). Everyone on staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Lili and Gina are wonderful - trust your face with them! I appreciate how they always have skin care recommendations or tweaks to skin care routine to get me the best results. Also, I switched to Jeuveau from Botox based on their recommendation and it's amazing.

I was very happy with the consult that I received from Dr. Becker. He is a very kind and knowledgeable doc and I feel totally comfortable with him doing my chemical peel! I have already shared the information with two friends and they also are very interested in going to see Dr. Becker. The young lady who checked me in was also very kind and helpful! Follow up: I had a phenol peel performed by Dr. Becker. I am two weeks post peel, and am honestly amazed at how much better my face looks! I have had many positive comments from friends and family and am so pleased that I chose Rinnova! Dr. Becker is extremely knowledgeable, kind and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process! The staff at Rinnova are also so kind and helpful. I had a full face lift eight years ago, and must say, the results of this peel are as good, possibly better than the lift! I would highly recommend Dr. Becker and his staff for any facial treatments, you'll not be disappointed!

I have been a client at Rinnova Skin and Body Center for years for various services, but I will not be returning due to my experience with hormone replacement therapy under Dr. Rastegar. I went in for estradiol pellets to help relieve a few menopause symptoms. At a later visit, while describing new symptoms, Dr. Rastegar discovered and acknowledged she had forgotten to prescribe progesterone, which is a necessary part of this procedure. She inserted another estrogen pellet before addressing the issue, and added a prescription for progesterone. Once I started taking the progesterone, for the next few months I experienced heavy bleeding and painful cramping, ultimately requiring an ultrasound at my own expense that showed a thickened uterine lining, which is a documented result of receiving estradiol without progesterone. When I raised concerns about the prolonged bleeding, discomfort, and the initial oversight, the response was dismissive and framed as "just a risk of HRT". Dr. Rastegar held no accountability of her oversight, nor did she offer meaningful support. Hormone therapy requires careful management and follow-up. That standard was not met in my case, and I want other women to be fully informed before seeking similar treatment here.
