Treatments & Services

Injectables & Fillers

Injectable treatments are some of the most popular non-surgical cosmetic procedures. They can smooth wrinkles, add volume, and enhance your natural features with little to no downtime.

Botox

Botox is an FDA-approved injectable that smooths fine lines and wrinkles by temporarily relaxing facial muscles. Results typically last 3 to 4 months.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers restore lost volume and smooth deep lines in the face. They can plump cheeks, soften nasolabial folds, and improve facial contours.

Skin Rejuvenation

Skin rejuvenation treatments improve your skin's texture, tone, and overall appearance. These procedures can address everything from fine lines to acne scars.

Microneedling

Microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, which triggers your body's natural healing process. It helps reduce acne scars, fine lines, and uneven skin texture.

PRP Facials

PRP facials use your own blood's platelet-rich plasma to boost collagen production and improve skin texture. It's often combined with microneedling for even better results.

Laser Treatments

Laser treatments use focused light energy to target a wide range of skin concerns. From hair removal to skin resurfacing, these procedures offer long-lasting results.

Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal uses concentrated light to target and destroy hair follicles, leading to long-lasting hair reduction. Most people need 6 to 8 sessions for the best results.

Morpheus8

Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to tighten skin and reduce wrinkles at a deeper level. It works well on the face, neck, and body.

Laser Skin Resurfacing

Laser skin resurfacing uses focused light beams to improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles, and treat scars. It promotes new collagen growth for smoother, younger-looking skin.

I have severe TMJ and have always received Botox from my previous provider with great results. After taking a year off to breastfeed, I saw a promotion for “Tox $9” at Sansa Med Spa and decided to try them out. During my consultation, I specifically told Dr. Neera that I have only ever used Botox for my TMJ and that it relieves my pain within 24 hours. She mentioned she also has TMJ and recommended I try Xeomin instead, saying it was $8 and that I would need more units than Botox. I trusted her recommendation since she is the provider. This is where things became concerning. She completed my forehead and crow’s feet first, and then told me she only had 35 units of Xeomin left for my TMJ. I explained that my right side is always worse, and my previous provider always treated it with more units. Instead of suggesting that I purchase more Xeomin (since she said I needed more than Botox), she simply used whatever was left in the syringe—about 15 units on the left and 20 on the right. The dosage didn’t make sense, especially for TMJ, and wasn’t consistent with what she told me. It made no sense she said Xeomin would be more units but she provided me less units than Botox would be, so the outcome of the Xeomin wouldn’t do anything to my TMJ. Also, if my TMJ is my biggest concern, that should be the first treated areas. When I asked her how many units in each area, it felt like she was just guessing. After two weeks, my jaw pain was not improved at all. With Botox, I always feel relief within 24 hours. I went home and did more research, and saw that masseter muscles are large muscles and Botox—not Xeomin—is what is typically recommended for TMJ. This made me even more frustrated, because I originally went in asking for Botox, not Xeomin. I ended up spending $800, and it honestly felt like a waste. When I reached out about the lack of relief, I was told I could come back and get Botox for $12/unit (regular price $15) even though their website and social media still advertise $9/unit. It made me question whether they were trying to upsell me or take advantage. I rather pay for Botox than Xeomin, I’d rather pay for something that will work for my pain relief than something that did absolutely nothing, which that is a waste of money. Which the doctor did make it feel very dismissive about my tmj pain concerns. They later reached out again offering another “free consultation” with a different doctor (her husband), but at this point I don’t need another consultation. I needed a provider who actually listened, used the right product for TMJ, and made sure I received the correct dosage—not whatever was left over. I’m sharing my experience so others with TMJ know to ask very clear questions before proceeding. This was disappointing, expensive, and did not help my condition at all.

I got ultra laser resurfacing done with Dr. Neera two weeks ago. The whole process was thoroughly explained to me and all of my million questions were answered as well. The aftercare was very thoroughly explained to me, and I even reached out afterwards with additional questions and the staff were always happy to answer. Dr. Neera regularly checked in during the procedure to make sure it was not too painful and to see how I was doing. Now that it has been two weeks. I can happily say that my skin definitely looks smoother and my pores look smaller then before in just one session! I am so happy and grateful and I would definitely recommend Sansa Med Spa to anybody that is also new to skin procedures like I was!!!
