Great staff. Zoe was fun to “hangout” with. Dr. s has a great bedside manner. The office staff were all great. The waiting room was packed, but that didn’t prevent them from being cordial and pleasant. My wait time was minimal. I will refer patients to your office. ❤️

Dr. Joel Schlessinger demonstrated such care and clearly, expertise with my treatment. I couldn’t be more pleased. If you are considering a Halo laser treatment, do it! I feel it took 5 years off my face. He is personable and I look forward to the Lovely Skin Medical Spa that I toured. His entire staff creates a welcoming environment and it seems to me, makes every client feel valued. Wonderful people behind the scenes.

I went in and saw Lauren today and she was excellent. She was attentive and listened to my concerns. The entire staff here was very friendly and welcoming. I also saw Kristen and she was very easy to talk to and helped me devise a plan for treatment. Thank You

Kristen and Daniel were absolutely amazing! I felt at ease with both of them when talking to them about my concerns (why I was there) and talking through my options. They made me feel as if I was taking to a family member - they were honest and kind. I will continue going back and I appreciate all that you guys do! Thank you!

Huge red flag: they require payment upfront based on what they think insurance will pay. Not what insurance actually approves — just an estimate. That shifts all the financial risk to the patient. I came for medical care, not guesswork billing. Estimates can be wrong, and patients shouldn’t be responsible for prepaying based on speculation. I was told they would refund me if I paid too much, but that’s not appropriate — healthcare offices shouldn’t operate on “pay now, maybe get you money back later.” This approach lacks transparency and puts patients in an uncomfortable position financially. I cannot recommend this practice based on their billing process alone. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY Thank you for your response. During my visit, I spoke with two employees at the front desk and asked for an estimate of the total cost for the appointment. Both stated they were unable to provide any estimate because they did not know what procedures would be completed. I reiterated the specific reason for my visit, but they continued to say they could not calculate or even approximate my out-of-pocket cost for that day. Had they been able to share the information you later provided, that would have been transparent and helpful. However, they were unable to produce that information at the time, and they also could not provide any estimated cost range. An approximate figure would have allowed me to make an informed decision. I cannot reasonably commit to a visit without understanding the potential financial responsibility after services are rendered. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope future patients are provided clearer cost guidance upfront. Sincerely, Cadie
