I just cannot hang with this spa anymore. I really have patiently given it the benefit of the doubt on many occasions. Especially the whole membership ordeal. When I started taking my teenager there for her facial acne she would leave feeling worse about herself. No boost of self esteem and that’s not what we are there for - to make her feel worse. I felt that the facial service just wasn’t pampering “experience” for myself as well, and I’d had my face dermaplaned go home and still find hair on my chin after $160 in what was not an hour of service that they advertise. The billing never made sense to me and instead of an actual invoice they give you a credit card slip. It’s like pulling teeth to get advice on the products they sell. I find that there’s more proactive friendly service out there. There have been some very nice ladies that have worked there, especially the young red head I forget her name but she was a real go getter and Miranda was the absolute best! The office manager was a nightmare.

I have been so impressed with this spa and how it’s run. Their manager Angela cares more about my skin than even I do! My skin looks and feels amazing and I can’t say enough about how I was taken care of. Definitely worth everyone, men and women alike, taking time to check this place out!

Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to — told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It’s no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their “new” location, they couldn’t even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you’re considering Skin & Body 101, think twice. Loyalty and money clearly mean nothing to them — and neither does basic integrity.

Love this place. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and not big pushers on selling things. They always offer opinions and allow you to make decisions for yourself. The host amazing events.

I had an amazing experience at Skin and Body Medical Spa! My facial with Amy was absolutely fantastic she was so skilled and attentive, and my skin has never felt this refreshed and glowing. Angela was also incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole visit even better. She offers hair restoration services, and I’ve seen firsthand how well it works my friend had incredible results! This place truly delivers top-notch care, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
