I have been going to the Skin spa for over eight years for custom facials, derma planing, the biogenesis, microderm abrasion etc. the aestheticians are knowledgeable and can advise on how to best treat your skin to get the best results. The front desk employees are also very customer service friendly. I highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for that relaxation experience and results to go to this establishment.

**EDIT: Skylar reached out to me after I posted this review and apologized for the massage and offered a complimentary one to make it up. You don’t get that kind of customer service anymore, and I really appreciated it. Updating review to 5 stars to reflect the amazing customer service! Came for a massage and facial. Facial was very good and that I would rate 5 stars (Silvia). But the massage was the worst I’ve ever had. Shirin was the masseuse and while she was very nice, she used no pressure at all. She didn’t ask me how I liked the pressure or if I was comfortable. She also didn’t wipe the oil off me when the massage was done. Definitely disappointing as I feel like the local bare bones massage parlor would have been more effective.

I've been going to Skin Spa for several years and have always had a great experience at every visit. Olga is the best! I see her for regular facials. Not only is the facial relaxing, but afterwards my skin feels rejuvenated and looks amazing in the days following. Olga will also answer any questions you have about your skincare routine and make recommendations based on your individual needs.

I love this Spa, the service is always welcoming. To the check-in down to the service, I had Olga which was amazing. She’s always asks what I’m using and recommends other products to cocktail with it.
