I had my very first hydrafacial with Yami today and it was so relaxing. Yami was gentle yet effective and my skin is glowing. I knew my skin would look good post treatment but not THIS good. She showed me post treatment all of the gunk and congestion she was able to remove from my skin and I was amazed at how thorough this treatment is. Highly recommend for a winter pick me up.

I came to Skin Tight MedSpa in Acton to see Barbara Fasolino for Micro Needling. Barbara is a true professional who really knows how to explain everything and put you right at ease. The procedure was pain free and it worked so well that I went back for more and will continue to be a client for years to come!

I've been to a few other injectors for my filler and botox, but Esther blows them out of the water. I came to her with uneven lips from a previous med spa and anxiousness about what could be done. She put me at ease with her calmness and reassurance. She's incredibly talented, informational and transparent. I really can't say enough good things about her. I felt she truly took the time to listen to me, perform the service the right way, and not in a rush. I love my lips again. Thank you, Esther!

Esther was absolutely amazing! I saw her today for some botox in my forehead and between my brows. She minimized pain and fully explained everything about the procedure while taking my feedback, fears, and desires into consideration. She perfectly addressed my concerns and targeted the botox accordingly. Esther is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I will be coming back to again due to her excellent service!!!!!
