A surprisingly fine experience. Went in for a biopsy and Dr Bruce simply removed the offending tissue... done & done. Absolutely painless, in fact, surprised he'd completed the procedure so quickly. He and staff were very attentive, professional, quick... I liked that. Pleased with the results!

I thought I had done thorough research on the best dermatologist in Bozeman, but my experience proved otherwise. I scheduled an appointment because of rapidly spreading facial bumps that have been causing significant concern. I specifically explained that I had previously seen another dermatologist who dismissed them as “moles,” and I was seeking a second opinion and further evaluation. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard during this visit. Before I could fully explain my symptoms or concerns, the dermatologist interrupted and began examining my face, quickly moving from spot to spot while repeatedly saying “normal” without allowing discussion or explanation. The evaluation felt rushed and lasted only a few minutes. I was told the bumps were normal and that my seborrheic dermatitis “looked like acne coming in,” despite my attempts to explain that these bumps are spreading and behaving differently from acne. When I asked why “normal moles” would suddenly multiply so quickly, I was told, “I don’t know, they just come in groups,” which did not feel like a thorough or reassuring medical explanation. It seemed like she was trying to tell me what I wanted to hear and get me out of there, versus trying to solve the issue. The entire appointment lasted about five minutes, most of which was spent with the assistant rather than the dermatologist. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and without answers or a treatment plan. I felt hopeless and like I was expected to carry on letting these bumps take over my face because that's "normal," there's "no treatment," and no root cause. Thankfully, when explaining my frustrations on the phone with my dad, I found out he has seborrheic dermatitis and he was able to give me ketoconazole cream, which has helped. I am disappointed I paid for professional help and received none. Rather I found my diagnosis and treatment through my own dad, which didn't cost me a penny. Patients seeking dermatologic care are often anxious and vulnerable, especially when changes are happening to their face. I hope future patients are given more time to explain concerns and receive a more collaborative and thorough evaluation.

This was my first time at this practice and I thought it was terrific! The building and space are very modern yet comfortable, welcoming, and clean. I had an appointment with Addison and she was both delightful and extremely skillful. Becky, the scheduling coordinator was delightful, and set a tone of joyfulness right upon entering!! I would highly recommend SkinCare MT!

This was an amazing experience. The staff and Dr.Juda were friendly and professional. Great customer service. I made a mistake on the time of my appointment, they never hesitated, treated me like royalty and got me in right away.
