I usually get routine chin Botox and fillers whenever I travel to Korea. Over there, only MDs are allowed to perform cosmetic treatments. Here it’s different since RNs can. In the past, I had a bad experience with forehead Botox from an RN that left me unable to open my eyes, so I’ve been skeptical. Still, I decided to give it another try for just the chin Botox. Unfortunately, after only 2 days, my chin looks deformed. Instead of smoothing wrinkles, it created a noticeable bulge whenever I pull my lips. I’m very upset and honestly depressed, I don’t even want to smile or look in the mirror. Before the injection, I informed her that I already had chin fillers. I’ve never had issues with chin Botox in Korea, but this time I clearly experienced an adverse effect. I don’t think this is right. I paid to improve my appearance, but instead I look worse. I’d like to request a refund. I can't find the website for the Albuquerque location.

Melanie is the best injector I’ve ever been to. She really takes her time and goes over everything with you. She took a lot of extra steps that nobody had ever done before and it made me feel very comfortable.
