I had an excellent experience at Soho Med Spa with DJ. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. DJ took a very conservative, thoughtful approach to Botox — she focused only on areas that would enhance my natural features and was not trying to over-inject or upsell anything unnecessary. I truly appreciated that she gave me exactly what I needed, nothing more. She explained the entire process step by step, helped me understand what the Botox would realistically do for my face, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. DJ was also very complimentary and made the experience feel both professional and personal. We also briefly discussed skincare, and DJ was extremely knowledgeable and very complimentary toward her peer, Carrie the esthetician. Based on that conversation, I went ahead and booked an appointment with Carrie as well. DJ also provided great aftercare tips and guidance. I will definitely be back in three months for my follow-up and am really looking forward to my facial. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with my filler and Botox appointment at SoHo Wellness & Med Spa today and I could not have asked for a better provider! I had D.J. Alleva Nelson, APRN and this was my first time getting injections with her. From the moment I walked in and met with her, she made me feel completely comfortable and informed. She took her time explaining every step, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure the results would look natural and still feel like me. She was incredibly gentle, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure I loved the outcome. I really appreciated how honest she was about what I did and didn’t need, and how she focused on enhancing rather than changing my features. My results already look amazing, and the whole process was so much easier and more relaxing than I expected. If you’re thinking about Botox or filler, I can’t recommend D.J. Alleva Nelson enough, she’s truly amazing at what she does!

Our experience at SOHO Wellness was great! We were greeted warmly upon arrival and promptly taken back for our sauna time. The robes and slippers were cozy and I loved being able to see out of the sauna. We relaxed in the lounge while waiting for our couples massage. Our therapist came right on time (12:15) and took us to the room. I loved that we were able to share the common spaces and experience the couples massage in the same room. The therapists reviewed our information and confirmed which services we would be receiving. The SOHO works package was 90 mins and we enjoyed that. We also added on foot reflexology. The facility was clean, it smelled great and there were a variety of options for beverages and small snacks in the lounge. There are also lockers for your personal belongings. My only suggestion would be to have multiple sizes for the robes. We traveled in for this experience and it was great!

Luxury-level service while casually reminding you with their overall vibe that men’s self-care can be a normal thing. I did the full body massage with hot stones. As a first-time customer there, they made me feel completely comfortable. The masseuse was attentive, incredibly skilled, and created a relaxing ambiance. The receptionist even charged my phone during my service—such thoughtful care. Truly top tier.

To start off I would 100% recommend this spa to anyone who asked. I’ve been essentials Westchase , the rock spa, and the Westin spa in Sarasota and this was definitely the best one out of all of those. Stephanie was my massage therapist and she did not miss a single spot , had consistent good pressure and massaged through every knot in my back without hurting me. I got the couples sanctuary and my boyfriend also said he left a spa for the first time with no pain anywhere. The facial left my skin super soft and shiny/hydrated ( I don’t have much acne to begin with though). The Sauna is a dry heat which I actually prefer but I didn’t know until I got there. They even had really nice lounge area to wait in between services with snacks and they offer drinks after every service which is really nice. There was some miscommunication issues with scheduling but the manager came and handled everything super professionally. They definitely prioritize client satisfaction, which I loved. Other than that the only thing I would say kept them from getting 5 stars from me is the itchy ,scratchy robes— I recommend bringing your own , I know I will be the next time I go.
