I seriously can’t say enough good things about Speakeasy Aesthetics. From the second I walked in, I felt at home. Everyone here is just so kind — it’s like walking into a room full of friends. Carly is my injector and she’s incredible. She listens, she cares, and she just gets it. I always leave feeling confident but still like me, just enhanced in the best way. I trust her with my entire body honestly, she’s top notch educated. Joe does some of my laser treatments and he’s amazing. He knows exactly what he’s doing and always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. Then there’s sweet angel Abby at the front — ugh, I just love her. She’s so sweet and on top of everything. I seriously look forward to seeing her every time I go. I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I’m telling you, the products, the techniques, the technology — nothing else compares. I’ve tried other places before, but this one just hits different. It’s luxury without being intimidating. It’s clinical but still cozy. If you’ve been thinking about going — go. This is the place you need.

My facials with Amy have been beyond any facials I have ever experienced! When a facial can be extremely beneficial and unbelievably relaxing at the same time…..it is sheer perfection! That combination is exactly what I get with Amy’s facials! The atmosphere at Speakeasy is wonderful from the moment I walk in, till the moment I walk out. Great people!!🥰

Love this place! I’ve had many facials with Amy, PRP under my eyes with Melissa, and pixel8 laser with Joey and Amy. I can’t say enough about the great service and the staff at Speakeasy. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Monthly facials with Amy is definitely in my new routine!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Speakeasy Aesthetics! Carly is truly an expert at what she does. I’ve seen her for both Botox and lip filler and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She’s incredibly skilled, always learning and educating others in her industry, and has such an eye for natural, beautiful results. I trust her completely to do what she thinks is best for me, knowing she’ll never go overboard. Carly and Joey are an amazing power couple, and I’m so glad they’ve brought their talent and passion to TN. If you’re looking for a place where you feel comfortable, heard, and come out looking like the best version of yourself, I highly recommend Speakeasy Aesthetics to everyone!

I didn’t realize my lips were being overfilled until Carly fixed them. That alone tells you everything you need to know.- but if you want to see reading… I’ve been going to Carly since 2021, and she corrected what was essentially an almost botched situation from previous cosmetic work. Instead of continuing to add product, she scaled things back, corrected the imbalance, and focused on long-term results. I used to need lip filler every 6–9 months. Now I’m averaging 12–18 months with half the amount. She enhances and preserves—she does not change your face. She also treats me with neurotoxins, and what sets her apart is her restraint. There have been multiple times I thought I “needed” something, and she told me no. She will not inject anything unnecessary, and that level of honesty is rare in this industry. My skin has never looked better. I get regular facials and use their skincare lines, and I trust her opinion completely. I work in the medical field and have access to many similar clinics—hers stands out as clearly superior. This may be a med spa, but it doesn’t feel like one. The space is warm, sultry, and thoughtfully designed—more intimate library than clinical office. It’s unlike anything else in our area. The front staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell the details matter here. Beyond her technical skill, Carly is also an educator. She collaborates, supports others, and doesn’t operate from a place of ego or competition—and that mindset shows in her work. Her standards are high, her integrity is solid, and her results speak for themselves. As long as I’m getting cosmetic treatments, Carly and her team will always be who I trust.
