I’m heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying that Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful — their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product — far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it’s full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn’t gone down even after four days. I can’t describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of — emotionally, financially, and physically. If you’re considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I’m dealing with right now. Update: After extensive back-and-forth communication with the managing partner of Stadia Med Spa—and even returning to their office for additional photos despite already providing several—the managing partner has now stopped responding to my calls and messages. So much for “working toward a resolution,” as they stated in their follow-up to my original post. Below are the photos; the first was taken today, 16 days after the treatment I received from Naz. I will be moving forward with contacting an attorney.

I had the best experience with Megan for my CoolSculpting treatment. She was knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I just finished a hydro facial with Megan and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! She’s professional, kind, and really takes the time to make you feel pampered. Had a wonderful laser session with Naz! She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need to get the best results. She has a way of making you feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. It felt like visiting an old friend.

Darby is so knowledgeable and patient. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the countless treatment options being advertised, but she makes the process so easy. I can explain exactly what I’m hoping to accomplish, and she knows from experience which treatment will be the most suitable to achieve the results I’m looking for. She’s also very responsive, which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend her and the entire team.

I did CoolSculpting with Megan and I was honestly nervous at first. She explained everything in simple terms and didn't rush me. The treatment itself was easier than I expected. A few weeks later I started noticing changes in my lower abdomen and it's definitely slimmer. She's professional, knowledgeable, and really cares about the results.
