Horrible experience. Came from Youthology hoping to save on my dysport injections to find that the prices are the same, units are measured differently. After speaking to my former provider I received less units by comparison and the results lasted less than half the time. To boot they accidentally charged me for someone else’s significantly more expensive service when I swiped my card and it took over a month to see a refund after several phone calls. Caused my impeccable credit score to take a hit. I requested a call back about the fact that all wrinkles have returned and was told I should I experience “some movement back” with no offer for further assessment to note all movement has returned. Despite this being “normal” I was told I could not get treatment for another month due to it being too soon, which several other med spas I spoke to noting that if all movement has returned, that would warrant immediate treatment. So clearly there is contradiction between the “normal result” and the inability to address it immediately without assessment. Would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a costly headache with clearly poor results. Will be returning to my former providers.

I can't say enough good things about this Med Spa. Staff is wonderful and goes over all instructions. I was nervous about getting lip fillers but the staff made me so comfortable with doing the procedure. There was absolutely no pain with lip filler injections. I also am on my 3rd session of hair removal and it has been easy and fast procedure.

I've had several different services and treatments at The Grand Resort's Med Spa and I'll never go anywhere else. I was very nervous about laser hair removal, trying a chemical peel and getting botox, but the girls there eased all of my anxiety. I never experienced any pain or discomfort and the results I've achieved by following their recommended treatment plan are truly life-changing. All of the providers are extremely professional, personable and knowledgable.

Talk about first class! The staff is very helpful and courteous. Not “salesy” or “pushy” at all, like some med spas I have heard about, and they listen to your concerns to make sure to give you the best treatments to match those concerns. I’ve had multiple treatments with several of the providers and have been thrilled with the personalized recommendations and results on all of them! VERY highly recommend this place to anyone who wants first class service with excellent results!

I came in for two separate services. Botox to smooth out some fine lines in my forehead and around my eyes and, later, for the Total Skin Solution to reduce the appearance of some old acne scarring. I was very impressed with the results of both treatments. I’ve had sublative laser for my acne scarring in the past, and the Total Skin Solution completely blew it out of the water. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explain procedures beforehand and take the time to answer questions and make their patients feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Grand Resort Medspa, and I plan to return for more services in the future.
