This was my first visit to a MediSpa. Saw Luz. What an exceptional NP! She spent probably 30 mins explaining things and getting to know me. I had given myself a "budget" and she was able to work with me without making me feel embarrassed or pressured or that I "had to" do this or that. I received this same procedure from another "spa" in Roanoke and it was way more expensive and a living nightmare. I've been a medical professional for 36 years and I know when a provider has true knowledge and Luz defininately has that....and more. Can't wait to go back. She 100% exceeded my expectations!

As soon as I walked in I was escorted to a waiting area. I was seen shortly thereafter. Kate call me up with a welcoming smile. She did a terrific job giving me my botox. She is very helpful with decisions I need help with.
