I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Heather M. She has done multiple treatments on me using different laser technologies, & every single time I have felt completely confident in her knowledge & skill. As someone who asks a lot of questions, especially as a newer laser patient, I have thrown some of the most random & detailed questions at her & she has always had an answer. Not just a surface level answer either. She truly understands the science behind each machine she uses & is able to explain it in a way that makes sense. Her knowledge of lasers & interactions with different skin types, including ethnic skin, is incredibly impressive. She takes the time to educate, make you feel comfortable, and ensure you understand what is happening during your treatment. I always feel informed, safe, and excited about my results. If you are looking for someone who genuinely knows their craft & cares about their patients, she is it.

I truly can’t put into words what this experience has meant to me. Watching most of my hyperpigmentation fade away has been incredible, but what made it even more special was Heather Moye. She is unbelievably knowledgeable and so gifted with lasers — but beyond that, she leads with her heart. You can feel how deeply she cares. She listens, she reassures, and she treats you like you matter. I walked in hoping for clearer skin and walked out feeling more confident and genuinely cared for. You can truly feel that your not just another appointment on the schedule. I am beyond grateful for her and the gift she has and would trust her with any skin care concern every single time. 💛

I LOVE the Modern Medical Spa, I’ve been going about once a month for ages for hydrafacial treatments and eye brow waxing from Katie. Highly recommend her!! She has a great personality, is so gentle with my face (I have very sensitive skin) and brings so much joy and comfort to every treatment. The atmosphere is amazing and so so cozy, the art collection is top tier (classical art enthusiast here) and every interaction with staff goes extremely smooth! I love the modern, I’ll never go anywhere else.

Heather Moye is the best in the industry! She is the only one I trust when it comes to laser treatments. I have had several sessions of laser tattoo removal with her and she’s made the experience extremely comfortable every visit. I was told by previous technicians in other offices that laser removal would not work and if they tried I would be unsatisfied with the results. Heather proved them wrong! I couldn’t be more pleased with my results!

This place is so nice inside the staff was so friendly so helpful. Heather did a phenomenal job on my Face. I drove an hour and 30 minutes just to go there because she’s so good. I’ve experienced her before when she was closer to the beach.
