I really used to love this place and get all of my services here. I have spent quite the coin here and was a regular for years. This place has declined severely since Kayla and Anna left. The life is sucked out of this place. The only one left that holds a special place in my heart is Candace (love you) - she is one of the purest and sweetest humans ever. The owner, Brandy, is the reason for me not returning. I always choose the same specialists for my services. Once, the owner, put herself as the specialist for my service I paid for and I called her to ask why because I would’ve expected her to call to reschedule and not assume. On the phone, I said “Who is Brandy? We will need to always make sure in rescheduled with Candace.” I am very big on energy and aura, the owner Brandy has one of the worst, evil energies I have ever felt. She is not transparent and communicative like she should be. She never greeted me kindly - very transactional. There is a lot I am not saying that should, but take my advice and spend your money somewhere else (unless it’s Candace). No disrespect for any new professionals I do not know. I am speaking directly to Brandi here. You need to care about your customers and they will treat you in kind. I hope you do some work on yourself internally if you have a shred of humanity left and take care of your employees too. 0 stars from me - coming from someone who does not do any reviews normally. If you have a service with Brandi, change your specialist would be my recommendation if that was not explicit earlier in my review. Please do not try and contact me or reply with false information. I am not the one you want to try that with. ❤️

Absolutely exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about Brandy. From the moment you walk in, you feel that this is someone who generally cares about her clients, her business and doing things the right way. She’s knowledgeable, professional, warm and somehow manages to make you feel both completely relaxed and wildly confident at the same time. Brandy has an incredible eye for detail and a deep understanding for her craft. She takes the time to listen, explain, and tell everything specifically to you. There’s no cookie cutter in nonsense here. You never feel rushed, pressured, or up. Just on its expertise on top-tier cure. I will definitely be back and I cannot wait for my next service with her

Incredible doesn’t describe what they do here at The Skin Studio Medical Spa! If you want to tighten up and loose inches quickly before the holidays, this is the place to go! The body contouring is phenomenal. It was more than I could’ve ever expected and I would recommend them to everyone. I even got my wife a Gift certificate for Christmas. Now she can choose whatever it is she would like. I will definitely be back!

The Skin Studio Medical Spa in Columbia, SC is outstanding. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your goals. The space is clean, relaxing, and professional. My treatment was done with care, and the results were better than I could have ever expected. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else—highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back!

I visited here for the first time today! Parking was easy and the reception area is warm and welcoming. My service went very well, Amber was my esthetician. The treatment room was at a perfect temperature and the bed that I had my treatment on was very comfortable! They offer all sorts of different services and I am looking forward to returning.
