Due to a circumstance out of my control I couldn’t make my appointment. I understand the cancellation policy, and that’s fine. However I was charged more than the amount of the service cost. I called to ask about this and they said that cancellations cost the full amount of service plus gratuity. No where in the policy does it state that.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Hailey for years now and she’s never left me disappointed. She does amazing work everytime, and genuinely cares about my lashes’ health and making me feel my best. She is by far the sweetest aesthetician i've met in Kearney:) Would definitely recommend U Med spa for any services!!

Have been going to med spa consistently for the past 3 years. I could not ask for better customer service and results! Highly recommend the med spa to anyone looking for some pampering or touch ups!

I was in last week for a pedicure along with my 3 daughters, my mom and cousin. The service was great and we were all pleased with the environment of the spa and the employees until I checked out and realized that they charged me a combined total of $70 for my two toddlers to only have their nails polished, nothing else except lotion!! I tried reaching out twice before the manager would respond. She was rude and unwilling to try and accommodate for the fact that I was extremely over charged for the service that they received. I would recommend that going forward they make it known that they will charge the same amount for a toddler as an adult at the beginning of the appointment (even if they don’t receive the same amount of service that an adult would) before someone else is blindsided by their total when checking out. After dealing with the manager, I will not be returning.
