I've generally had great experiences with this place and have been a loyal client for quite some time. I usually visit the Greenwich location and see Naz, who I absolutely love for Botox and filler — she's knowledgeable and always delivers excellent results. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Upper East Side location didn’t go as expected. I was misinformed about the type of IPL laser they use, and the overall experience felt rushed. The provider didn’t seem very knowledgeable about IPL, which was disappointing. I’ve had IPL before specifically for red spots, and it was highly effective after just one treatment. This time, I clearly expressed that I only wanted to treat the spots, but the provider insisted on treating my full face, even though I was uncomfortable with that. In the end, it felt like a waste of $200, as the red spots are still fully visible and the treatment had no noticeable effect. To add to that, there was a male presence in the space who gave me dirty looks, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It definitely affected the overall vibe of the visit. On a positive note, the front desk staff — especially the young woman working during my appointment — was very sweet and understanding, which I appreciated.

It was my first time getting any work done on my face with Cynthia. She is truly skilled, experienced, and has a great eye for enhancing your natural features. I absolutely love my results! The staff is also amazing, so patient and helpful in answering all my questions (and I had many questions). A special shoutout to the manager, Ray, who always goes above and beyond to accommodate. I’ll definitely be returning!

Wow! What a rude front desk, let alone that was the manager who was nasty and rude on the phone. I have been using this med spa for quite a while now. My injector is currently out and cannot wait until she returns as this was by far a poor and unprofessional experience trying to make an appointment and get information. The injectors are great here, but I can say the front desk staff is not always aligned nor pleasant. When I asked questions, she was rude, uninformed, and then put me on hold to get information. When she returned she gave contradictory information to what was advertised and on top of it said she was the manager. This is embarrassing. Please get some more training on how to give proper customer service and or manners.

I had an incredible experience with Annetta, my injector, and Perla at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, Perla greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. Annetta was absolutely amazing. knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the process in detail, and made sure I felt informed and confident before starting. Her precision and expertise showed in the results, which I couldn’t be happier with. I left feeling refreshed, natural, and taken care of.

I will never let anybody touch my lips except for Harry. Don’t get me wrong all the staff here are amazing and super talented but i definitely highly recommend Harry!! I travel two hours just to let him do my lips. Harry gave me my dream lips and actually made them way more beautiful than I could ever imagine and it had made me so confident! Not only is the work here amazing but the atmosphere is so comforting and absolutely beautiful. Love it here so much. Thank you Harry you are the best.
