I have had many massages over the years and have had a few now at uptown Haven wellness. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is so helpful and kind but I have gone to two different people to have massages just due to my schedule and they have both been absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend checking this place out for your massage needs !!!!

SO AMAZING!! My first massage ever and they were nothing but kind, professional and relaxing! Always asked how things were feeling and if I was comfortable! Even after the massage, they gave me a bottle of water too! Definitely will be coming back!

Absolutely love the massages by Kitana. I am a repeat customer! Uptown Haven is always a friendly, clean, calming environment. Easy to schedule. I’ve referred several folks to them. LOVE this place. Looking forward to trying out some of their other services soon!

It was AMAZING!! It was my first time and I explained that on the phone, and when I got there my massage therapist (sydney) was super sweet explained how to fill out the form, I explained again I was nervous and this was first time and she made sure I was going to be ok and provided a warm welcoming space for me. We got into the room and she explained what I had to do and during the massage she asked me how I was feeling if I need more pressure or if it was good, same with the hot stones asked if it was to hot or too cold. overall the experience was nice and we talked to whole time which helped me feel more better about everything. I will be making another appointment and going back.

Before visiting Uptown Haven, I’d never had a massage or facial. My first experience with both were so wonderful I’ve been back twice since in just as many months! Such a special little spot tucked conveniently just outside of downtown Fargo. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Uptown Haven has been kind, professional and welcoming. I can’t wait for my next appointment.
