Hands down the best med spa ever. Calli is the best at all she does. I love the staff they are so helpful and make you comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’ve been a lot of other places but not in a couple years since I found this jewel in Morristown! They are the biggest full face and body center in East TN and offer more aesthetic technology and treatments under one roof than any of the Plastic Surgery offices around. I give it a 100 out of 10!!!!

Went in for my first tox appointment and was very nervous. I wanted it to be natural but still help the wrinkles and Callie was PHENOMENAL. She explained all of the options very thoroughly and made sure I felt like I was making the right choice for me. She didn’t pressure me into any of the services and she made sure I was comfortable with my choice the entire time. I will absolutely be back and would definitely recommend this office!
I had such a great experience at Urban Radiance Medical Spa! During my initial lab draw, I was a little nervous since my veins are notoriously difficult, but the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They offered me a blanket, warmed up my arms with a heat pad, and even provided refreshments while making sure I felt at ease. They were so patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the level of care and attention they gave me, I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
