The front desk is super rude and unprofessional. I was calling in about getting an appointment scheduled and potentially get procedure done. How they handle the call is disgusting. Dr Haupt needs to know that his front desk is affecting his business, so does his office manager. They replied with my review with all twisted story. The reason why I said they are rude is because after two times I spelled my name to the front desk, she didn’t get it. So I started saying it with alphabet words to her, like “ A “ for Apple, B for boy. The front desk said: “ now you totally got me more confused, please spell your name without all of that things” I got a little bit frustrated and explained to her I was trying to make it more understandable. The front desk immediately said: “ if you can stop yelling at me….” I wasn’t even yelling at her. I told the front desk she is rude. Right after I said : “ I wasn’t yelling at you at all. You are so rude and unprofessional to say all of this” she immediately disconnected my call. I highly recommend your office to listen to the call about her attitude and to see if I actually yelled at her. I called in to schedule an appointment and get cosmetic procedure done. I was one of potential customer who pays for their service. But this really leave me a bad taste in my mouth. This business will lose more business has a front desk and a supposedly supervisor like this. PS. If you review your reviews enough, you’d know I am not the only person who complains about your from desk’s attitude.

Dr. Haupt is caring and meticulous. His extensive knowledge and years of expertise in reconstructive surgery have significantly improved the appearance of my abdomen, which had been left deformed after a life-saving operation. Follow up care was excellent and I am so happy with my results.

I worked with Dr Robinson for a platysmaplasty (neck lift) and liposuction. He made me feel very comfortable during our consults and I was excited to finally get my chunky neck and double chin taken care of. The day of surgery went well and I stayed awake for the procedure. Recovery wasn’t bad and I felt like the information provided to me was clear and concise. The liposuction along the sides of my neck look fantastic and have really slimmed down those areas. However, my final consult with Dr Robinson about my result concerns was disappointing. I have healed with a very strange shape near my plastysmaplasty incision, leaving two bulges on either side that are very noticeable. I brought this up to Dr Robinson; he palpated the area briefly, told me it “could be” salivary glands which he doesn’t like removing (I agreed, that seems like a bad idea), but when I continued to show concern about the result he said it “looked great” and seemed really pleased. I just…sat there. I didn’t know what to say as I’m not good at advocating for myself so I just left the office in a hurry and cried in my car. I waited to post this as I was hoping more time would help the shape smooth out, but it hasn’t. I want to bring awareness to anyone else hoping to get this done that the final result may not be what you hoped for. Edit: I have updated my stars based on the excellent response I received from Dr Robinson personally working with me to achieve the results I was hoping for. I will update and add photos after correction.

Dear Dr. Haupt, I am writing to you again regarding my daughter's breast augmentation surgery. As you know, we have expressed significant dissatisfaction with the outcome. The procedure resulted in a drastic and undesirable change. Additionally, the implants have bottomed out, causing the nipples to be positioned unnaturally high. This is not a "small change"; it is a substantial and disfiguring result that has caused my daughter significant embarrassment and distress. When we met with you previously, you suggested waiting a year and stated you would not charge your service fee for a corrective procedure, only the anesthesiologist fee. However, the subsequent quote we received was higher than the original cost of the entire procedure. This contradicts our previous conversation and is unacceptable. The outcome of this surgery is a direct result of an error on your part—specifically, an incision that was made too large, which caused the implants to drop. A surgeon should fix their own mistakes, especially when the initial procedure was a medical failure. It is unreasonable to expect us to pay double to correct an error that was a direct result of your work. We expect a resolution that corrects this mistake without additional cost for your services. We need to discuss a plan for a revision surgery that is both satisfactory and fair. Sincerely, Holly Riccardi / Amanda Temple

I cannot recommend Dr Brent Robinson enough. From my initial consultation, to being 2 weeks post op, he has been amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and answered any and all questions that I had throughout the entire process. I initially had multiple consultations scheduled with a few other surgeons in Utah. My first consult was with Dr Robinson and immediately after leaving his office, I canceled all other consults because I knew he was the doctor for me. He was patient, precise and I knew he would do a phenomenal job. He exceeded all of my expectations and I’m thrilled with my results. He will now be the only plastic surgeon I go to if I decide to have more work done. Thank you so much for your dedication and your amazing work. You are very special and very talented at what you do.
