Such a smooth and easy process. From the beginning. From the scheduling and a friendly confirmation and reminder the day before on scheduling. Once there was greeted by the people at the front desk, which were extremely friendly, nice and fast . Once I was Taken back to a private room to meet with the MA and the doctor, which they were both very engaging polite and made me feel comfortable. Once I was finished up They asked if I had any questions and they answered everything and more I would absolutely recommend this Place. I would give them tenors if I could

Went in and had a decent experience at the appointment. They recommended I have a bump on my leg imaged. Once they got the results they uploaded it to my patient portal and then.... crickets. I had to call in to get biopsy results. No follow up whatsoever on next steps. I had to call 3 times over 3 days and was constantly told the dr would call back, I called again and was told they left early for the day and will call you next Monday. Monday comes and goes and still no call. Not impressed with the follow up here.

I can’t even say enough great things about this place! We see Dr. Kelly & he is absolutely amazing!! I have had a couple kids with skin infections & he not only expressed real genuine concern, he went above & beyond to help them get healed quickly. He is a literal miracle worker!! I also had a mole come back as melanoma & he called me the day the results came in & had me on the schedule to get it removed as promptly as possible. The staff is extremely friendly & are very personable. Our family absolutely loves this dermatology office & won’t be going anywhere else. I wish there were more stars to give but I definitely highly recommend 10/10!

I mean it was my mistake not asking how much it would be first, but I was not told the price of Botox until I got to the front desk and $450 was quite quite a bit of sticker shock. I’ve been doing Botox since 2017 and my friend told me to try this place but I’ve never spent more than 225!! So the injector was fantastic and I think I’m happy with the results but I highly recommend asking how much it’ll be before they shoot your forehead and you go to the front 🫣 Edit to owners response - may I suggest just simply letting the patient know that what you’ve decided to inject is $500 worth of product? Patients often times freeze when they’re on a medical table and don’t have the tools or the mental clarity to ask how much it will be first. Also, it can sometimes feel a little embarrassing to be concerned about the price of something. I did make it known that I was wanting to be cautious with price and I chose the injection with the coupon. My friend had did her first ever Botox the day before there and she said her total was 225 which is why I made the appointment. She did her entire forehead as well. It was definitely my mistake not confirming that it would be what I was thinking in my head.

Saw McKenzie as a new patient. She took time to get to know me before diving into the medical stuff which made it a much more comfortable appointment. She talked through multiple treatment options and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s the first medical appointment I’ve been to in a long time where the provider was interested in what I had to say and wasn’t just on their own agenda! Already recommended several friends here!
