I was referred to VSA but several friends who raved about Dr Vincent and his team and Im so glad I chose them for my surgery. Not only am I absolutely IN LOVE with my results (obviously a huge bonus) but from consult all the way through your post-op checkups the entire team is so kind. Dr Vincent is so attentive to what you want your outcome to be and makes sure you both clearly understand the goal before you go under. My nurse Kylie throughout my healing has been THE BEST!!! She’s like a ball of sunshine in the clinic and I love coming in because of her!! I’ve also referred new clients to him since my first meeting with him and will continue to use VSA for my wellness needs in the future.

I am so happy with my new Eyes!! Dr Vincent and his staff are the best, Zoe and Kylie are so caring and kind, They have taken such good care of me!! Couldn’t ask for better care! Having my eyes done is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I definitely owe my successful surgery to a great Surgeon and his darling staff.

Have had a variety of services at Vincent Surgical and also the MedSpa. Both locations have phenomenal customer service, kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff members. I have had really great experiences over the course of the past five years and would recommend any service with anyone from the estheticians to the P.A. They are very good at what they do! It is a truly wonderful experience start to finish! I cannot recommend them enough.

Both my wife and I have had several procedures done by Dr. Vincent and his amazing staff. There aren’t enough stars to rank them high enough for their kindness, integrity, and support. Dr. Vincent is a master in his field, and everyone from his office staff, to the additional doctors, support team, and recovery professionals truly care about each and every patient! We highly recommend Dr. Vincent, and I can’t say enough great things about everyone There!

I have had a few dysport appts here and never had an issue until this last time. I went to get my routine dysport and came back home with one eyebrows higher than the other. I called, and they told me to wait 2 weeks and call again. I did, and they told me to come back after I sent a few more photos and she could add more dysport to the other brown and fix it. I was happy that they offered me the option because I didn’t want my husband to notice. I was surprised to be charged for them to fix my eyebrows, since they messed up. I paid, left more tip and came back home. A week later, I noticed now the brown they fixed was completely dead and the other one had movement. I called again and sent more pictures. Received a call from a medical assistant telling me to call back after 2 weeks and see. I called and told them it was still the same. They asked what I wanted to do and I said, fix it, and what do you recommend? She told me, I recommend you wait till next time you need Botox again, wait till this one wears off and stay over. Results are: I paid over $500 including tip for my face to be uneven to the point I am embarrassed. I feel sad because I have been coming here for a few years now, never had problems, never requested more Botox than the usual because I don’t know and I still have my face uneven. Sad to say I won’t becoming back.
