Can’t say enough good things about VIO in Burlington! Emma was amazing and walked me through the whole process of Dysport (similar to Botox) which made me feel so confident and safe, especially since this was the first time I was trying any kind of injection! I am 28 and I have genetic forehead lines and I tend to squint when I don’t wear my glasses. I’ve always wanted to try Botox or an equivalent to feel my best on my wedding day and have my makeup sit well. Rest assured, VIO will take care of you. I was super nervous at first but the entire experience was kind, fun, and relatively painless (stress balls included). From beginning to end, it was a breeze. Everyone was so kind and informative and I highly recommend! Wedding prep is easy with this crew!

Love Leah. She is knowledgeable and pleasant to speak too. The salon is beautiful with several locations. Burlington location is off to the side so traffic was not a nightmare during holiday season. Book your appointment they are a great addition to your wellness journey

I chose this location after seeing an online advertisement promoting Dysport at $4 per unit, which was the primary reason for my visit. However, during my consultation I was informed of different pricing, and ultimately proceeded with Botox since the cost was presented as comparable. At other med spas, I typically receive approximately 50 units, and the providers are knowledgeable about appropriate injection areas. Unfortunately, this was not my experience here. The nurse appeared inexperienced to me and advised that I only needed 31 units. While I initially agreed, I later realized that my forehead had not been treated at all, which is typically included in my previous treatments elsewhere. After two weeks, the results were not as expected. During my follow-up appointment, I was told I would need an additional 40 units. By that point, I was already uncomfortable with the care I was receiving and chose not to proceed. During this visit, two nurses entered the room and appeared uncertain, which further reduced my confidence. Ultimately, I sought treatment at another med spa, where the missed areas had to be corrected. I had to pay additional money out of pocket to fix issues that should not have occurred in the first place. I spoke with the manager on two occasions. Unfortunately, the focus remained on additional charges rather than resolving the issue. In my experience, reputable med spas provide complimentary touch-ups when results are not satisfactory. No effort was made to rectify the situation, and when I requested to speak with higher management, my request was not accommodated. I also requested a call back from the owners and never received one. Paying approximately $380 initially, only to spend an additional $600 elsewhere for corrections, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Additional training and improved patient care are clearly needed. I strongly suggest choosing a provider with more experience to avoid unnecessary frustration and expense.
