We had such a meaningful experience with this team and wanted to share our gratitude publicly. The kindness, gentleness, and care we were shown meant more than they could possibly imagine. Andrea, Rachel, Shelly, and every person we encountered were truly phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, the team created an environment that felt calm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care they bring to their treatments are exceptional. They took their time, explained everything clearly, educated us for future and made sure we felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. It never felt rushed or transactional it felt like we were being looked after by people who truly care about the experience they provide. Thank you for the way you care for people. It mattered more than you know. We are already planning to come back for our yearly treatment, and if you ever open a second location in Tampa, you will have two very enthusiastic supporters.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! I currently go to Vivid for NAD+ treatment. The entire staff—from the front desk to the medical professionals—are warm, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I’ve had many wonderful, helpful and insightful conversations with several folks from the team, they’re very approachable and easy to talk to. The facility is spotless, beautifully maintained, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, which is awesome because some med spas can be quite intimidating, but not Vivid! I was also incredibly impressed by how knowledgeable and informative everyone seemed to be. I really feel like the entire staff have a true passion for what they do and truly want you to love your results. Exceptional!
