I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Victoria Farley and her entire team. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I live with a complex condition that many providers are unfamiliar with, and finding knowledgeable, empathetic care has been an incredibly difficult journey. After years of feeling unheard and misunderstood, I have never felt more safe, supported, and truly listened to than I do under Dr. Farley’s care. Anna Marie, who assisted before and during my visit, was incredible. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment she brought me back. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire appointment. Dr. Farley takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and approach treatment with both expertise and compassion. The staff is welcoming and respectful, creating an environment where you feel cared for from start to finish. If you have ever struggled to find answers or felt dismissed in the past, this office is a place of healing. I am deeply grateful to have found a care team that treats both the condition and the person with dignity and understanding. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

I’ve been coming to Vivida Clinics (Sunset location) and while Spencer is absolutely great — professional, skilled, and courteous — the rest of the staff are a complete disappointment. They’re unorganized, unprofessional, and lack basic politeness and class. I arrived early for my appointment, yet ended up waiting more than an hour because the front desk staff forgot to check me in. When I followed up, there was no apology or accountability — just blank stares and indifference. The only person who showed genuine courtesy was Spencer, who personally apologized even though the delay wasn’t his fault. It’s unfortunate because Spencer’s work is excellent, but the rest of the experience completely ruins it. If you value professionalism and respect for your time, I suggest finding another clinic. Vivida Sunset doesn’t deserve your business until they learn how to treat patients properly.

I Mike Warren and his professional team are awesome. I had two procedures done at Vivida on successive weeks and each visit was an efficient and painfree experience. I give them an easy 10 out of 10; thanks Mike and crew!

The Vivida staff were all polite and professional. To have the surgery I had I never once felt concerned for their expertise. Thank you to Dr. Fife for the care and making me feel at ease during the surgery. Playing my favorite music during the stitch time was appreciated.

Found my experience with Vivida and Dr. Fife exemplary. Great skill and professionalism. Friendly, clean and on time office. I read reviews to gain confidence in medical offices, I find them extremely important and would highly recommend this office.
